Now thats a variety of game. Do you have to have tags for each game animal or is their one that covers most all? Hunter2

We don't buy tags,you can shoot any of the small to medium game if you can afford it.In SA you hunt on privately owned land and the land owner make the price on his game.

When you get to the big game,you need a permit and the hunt must be done with a PH . also here the farm owner will ask his price.

Bad buck to doe ratio? How many bucks are usually in a herd? I might be wrong but seems there should be more bucks. We have had a problem with buck to doe (whitetail) ratio here. I have seen as high as 10 does and one buck in a herd. Blue tounge killed alot of does so its not as bad right now but still not the best.

No that's not it.Impala can have as many as 12 ewes to a ram.

The first photo,second ewe is very thin and you can see where the neck and shoulders join she is wounded.
