I live in Ontario, but not up on the crossbow scene though. Have had mine for a couple of years, but doing mostly backyard target shooting with it. Haven't done much of that because I don't want to make my neighbours worried that I am doing that and call the police on me. Besides, I have a transportation problem and not able to get to far out of the city to do any serious hunting with the crossbow I have. I have an MK180, so I wouldn't trust it going after anything bigger than a deer. The MNR (Ministry of Natural Resources) is trying to say through the hunting guide that when it comes to hunting deer I would need a bow that has a draw that is more than 12 inches and up. Whereas, the MK180 apparently has a 10 inch draw.

Sounds like quite the shot! I've been deer hunting in Southern Ontario now for three years, and have yet to see a deer from the stand. So I will definitely heed your advice!
