    Default Broadheads

    I recently purchased a Parker BushWacker 150#, 285 fps, TRUGLO 3 x 42 camo scope & cocking rope for $315.00.
I would like your thoughts on using this crossbow for hunting turkeys next month. If I do use it for turkeys, what type of broadhead should I get, fixed or mechanical and which brand. A long with this, I need to find where you point at the turkey. I have several turkeys with a 20 gauge shotgun, but I never tried it with a crossbow. Thanks for your info.

Well i'm going for my first turkey xbow kill this year also...I'm useing my Barnett buck commander and 125 gr muzzy's...it what i used during the deer season last year...and its accurate. So use what you've been useing just practice and as for the part on the turkey to aim for ...one is the head and the other is where the wings go into the body...or the top's of the legs...just be ready to run after the bird after taking the last 2 shots...so i'm aimimg for the wing bones so they can't fly away....Thunderbolt
